Winter Reminders
With the Snow Season upon us, we have a few things we wish to remind you about.
First, we would like to tell you about our Snow Day procedure. In the event that the school is closed due to extreme weather conditions, please note that you will receive a phone call through our calling tree as soon as is possible. We will also update the Ready Teddy Hotline once a decision has been made. The Ready Teddy Hotline is 708-354-4157.
Secondly, we would like to remind you about our snow shoe/boot policy. For the safety of your children as well as the others, we ask that if your child comes to school with snow shoes or boots, that you send them with an extra pair of gym shoes to be worn inside the school. We have placed a mat outside of each classroom where the boots will remain until the end of the school day. Gym shoes are preferred inside both the classroom as well as during designated gym time.
