PiYo is a dynamic class designed to effectively improve functional training and dynamic balance using moves inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Athletic Conditioning, and Functional Training, suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications and variations are taught for beginners to advanced students. This class will improve your agility, balance and strength. PiYo ™ is a highly mainstream and contemporary approach to the traditional Pilates and Yoga class. You’ll love it! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and sticky mat.
